1. Information we collect

• Contact and business details you enter: full name, phone number, email address, business name, business category and city/state.
• Your assessment answers and the scores, diagnostic zone and report generated from them.
• Activity related to your report and offer, such as when you view your report or the offer page, the special-offer timer, and whether you start checkout.
• Purchase and booking records, such as the amount, status and reference numbers. When online payment is enabled, card, UPI and bank details are handled by the payment gateway and are not stored by us.
• Limited technical information, such as your IP address, used temporarily to protect the Website against abuse and repeated failed attempts.

2. How we use your information

• To generate and show your Business Diagnostic Report and let you return to it.
• To contact you about your report and the Program, as you agreed when starting the assessment.
• To process your enrolment and payment, deliver the Program, and add you to the program group.
• To handle support and refund requests.
• To keep the Website secure and to understand, in aggregate, how the assessment and offer are used.

3. Confidentiality and sharing

We treat your business information and assessment responses as confidential. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Website and the Program (such as hosting and, when enabled, payment processing), only as needed for those services, or when required by law.

4. Storage and security

Your information is stored on secured servers. Access to customer records is limited to authorised members of our team through a password-protected admin panel with individual accounts and roles. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The Website stores a session reference in your browser so you can continue your assessment and return to your report. Admin sign-in uses a secure cookie for our team only. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide your report and the Program, to handle support and refunds, and to keep proper business records. Completed assessment results are kept as they were submitted, so that your report stays accurate.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing coachanuraag@gmail.com. We may need to keep certain purchase records where required for legal or accounting purposes.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
