Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free assessment

The Business Growth Diagnostic and report are free. No payment, refund or cancellation applies to them.

2. Full refund within 7 days

You may request a full refund of the Program fee within 7 days of your purchase, provided that both of the following are true:

• you have not attended any Program session, workshop, live session or Power Meeting; and
• you have not accessed any Program materials (for example the playbook, frameworks, recordings or other resources shared with you).

3. When a refund is not available

• The request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
• You have attended any Program session, workshop, live session or Power Meeting.
• You have accessed any Program materials.

4. How eligibility is checked

Every refund request is reviewed against our records of your purchase date, session attendance and access to Program materials. A refund is approved only if these records confirm that the conditions above are met.

5. How to request a refund

Email coachanuraag@gmail.com from the email address you used to enrol, with the subject "Refund request". Please include your full name, registered phone number, business name, purchase date and payment reference. We will reply to confirm whether your request is eligible.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once a refund is initiated, the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

7. Failed or duplicate payments

If money is debited but your enrolment is not confirmed, or you are charged more than once for the same enrolment, contact coachanuraag@gmail.com with the payment reference. Verified duplicate or failed amounts will be refunded in full.

8. Cancellation by us

If we cancel the Program before it starts or are unable to deliver it, you will receive a full refund of the fee you paid for it.
