1. The free Business Growth Diagnostic

The Website offers a free online assessment covering 10 business pillars. Based only on the answers you provide, it generates a Business Diagnostic Report with scores, a diagnostic zone and suggested priority areas.

The assessment and report are general guidance to help you reflect on your business. They are not financial, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and they are not an audit of your business.

2. The Program

The Program is a paid, practical 90-day business growth advisory and action-plan program. Its inclusions are listed on the offer page at the time of purchase and currently include: a Business Growth Diagnostic and personalised analysis; a workshop on core business areas (HR, Sales, Marketing, Production, Purchase and Finance, along with Quality and R&D); a Strategy & Blue Ocean Power Session with Coach Anuraag Goel; 6 live business-building sessions; 6 Business Power Meetings; lifetime business community access; and a bonus Practical Business Growth Playbook.

After purchase, you will be added to the program group and informed of the next steps. Session dates, times and the format of delivery will be communicated to you by us.

3. No guaranteed results

We provide frameworks, guidance and sessions to help you prioritise and execute. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own decisions, effort, market conditions and resources. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, profit, growth or other business outcome.

4. Price and payment

The Program price is shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the offer page at the time of purchase. The current special-offer price is ₹9,999. A special-offer price is available only for the limited time shown on the offer page; after that, the regular price shown on the page applies.

Taxes: GST is currently not applicable to this Program and is not charged. If GST or any other tax becomes legally applicable in future, it will be shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Online payments, when enabled, are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Your enrolment is confirmed only after the payment is successfully confirmed.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Your responsibilities

• You are at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you describe.
• The information you provide is accurate and is yours to share.
• Program access is for you and your business only; you will not share login links, recordings or materials with others or resell them.
• You will behave respectfully in sessions, meetings and the community, keep other participants' business information confidential, and not use them for spam or unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Website and in the Program, including assessments, reports, frameworks, playbooks, presentations and recordings, belongs to INFINITE CREATIONS or its licensors. You may use them for your own internal business purposes only. You may not copy, publish, distribute or sell them without our written permission.

8. Suspension of access

We may suspend or end your access to the Program or community if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms. Refunds in that case are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Website, the assessment, the report or the Program is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Program. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
